JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance against these targets.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and delivery teams to align efforts.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Customer Feedback and Improvement:
  • Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and client engagement.
