Responsible for controlling quality, cost, engineering schedule and work hours during Tendering/RFQ stage. Plan and execute with market penetration business strategy to achieve the goals of Organization. 1. Ensuring delivery of value to company and clients. 2. Develop budgets, including preparing bids for labor, materials, and equipment. 3. Accountable for the full spectrum of securing Power Industries Market and business. 4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors. 5. Coordinate with interrelated department to ensure smooth work execution. 6. Ability to read and produce drawings and develop design opportunities to secure the business with client. 7. To compile and evaluate quotations prior to preparation of tender proposal. 8. To prepare costs for Technofit products and services during tendering or bidding stage. 9. To involve in preparation of final tender proposals for submission to customers. 10. To coordinate and ensure Technofit has the capacity and capability to meet the customers' requirements before and after the contract agreement. 11. To prepare relevant documentation on tender submission and costing 12. To analyze competitors' data and pricing to ensure price competitiveness. 13. Advise and direct management operations and maintenance during tendering stage. 14. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. 15. Preparation of daily submission report, weekly planning, and monthly reports. 16. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 17. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. 18. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. 19. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 20. Maintain good relationship with client & internal department. 21. You will gather market intelligence on industry trends and future projects, including information on clients and competitors in the Workplace Market Sector. 22. To generate and tract leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new orders. 23. You will develop and take part in pitches and other presentations that meet the client's needs and expectations. 24. You will work closely with the operation team to complete the sales cycle.
