Job Description

Property Management Admin Intern

Key Responsibilities :

1. Commission Claim Management:

  • Check commission claims for various periods, including mid and end of the month for companies.
  • Ensure all commission claims are accurately recorded and updated in Excel.

2. Data Entry and Management:

  • Update agents' details and new sales documents.
  • Maintain and organize sales records and documents in both digital and physical formats.

3. Tenant Support:

  • Assist in following up on documents for new sales with agents.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.

4. Report Generation:

  • Compile and prepare sales reports, including pending sales reports and commission claim records for specified periods.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends and insights.

5. Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.

6. Documentation and Filing:

  • Ensure all sales documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.
  • Update and maintain digital filing systems, including updates for sales records.

7. Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events and activities.
  • Update the master list for move-ins of new sales payments.
  • Update daily messages and create user accounts for platforms.

Requirements

Candidate must be currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing/Customer Service.

  • CGPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and adaptable team player with dynamic leadership skills.
  • Computer literate and capable of independent work.
  • Minimum 3-month internship commitment in Shah Alam, Glenmarie.
