Inside Sales Job Description:

• Developing and accomplishing a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
• Responsible for new account development, hone your selling skill speaking to key decision makers
• Evaluate client requirements and providing solutions
• Organize, plan and proper scheduling of sales activities.
• Execute marketing activities in promotion
• Follow up with prospects on regular/scheduled basis to secure deals soonest
• Listen and probe prospect needs and budget before suggesting suitable product or package
• Familiar yourself with the CRM system and use it well to prospect for new clients.
• Provide activity summary report at and of every working day to team lead
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set targets.
• Ability to achieve sales target set by the management
• Seek personal and team improvements through ongoing upgrading of sales skills and knowledge
