We are looking for an experienced Strategy Planner to add to our dynamic team. As a Strategy Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our clients' advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for developing insightful and creative strategies and ideas that drive brand growth, resonate with target audiences, and deliver measurable results.

This role will report to a Senior Strategy Planner.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate clear, actionable strategies for advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and market trends.
  2. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, market conditions, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior.
  3. Creative Thinking: Develop exciting and creative content and campaign proposals across digital and social channels.
  4. Presentation Development: Create compelling and visually appealing presentation decks that effectively communicate strategic concepts and campaign proposals.
  5. Presentation Delivery: Present strategies and campaign ideas to clients with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
  6. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and expectations, translating these into strategic plans.
  7. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on content and social media trends, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account managers, publishers, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, advertising, or marketing - preferably in a strategic planning role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation skills - both in creating proposals and presenting them.
  • Bright personality - vocal, extroverted, and enjoys socializing, with a natural ability to build relationships both internally and with clients.
  • Strong understanding of content, social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Creative and not afraid to share ideas, brainstorm with a team, whilst providing insightful feedback.
  • Experience working with major brands or in an advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and software.
