Responsibilities

  • Manage all digital product development aspects, including market assessment, product strategy, product development process, and commercialization.
  • Monitor best practices in the digital space and identify opportunities and new technologies for better performance—for example, knowledge of AI.
  • Design and implement new functional enhancements to meet the business needs.
  • Ensure product content is built according to requirement specifications and compatible across all platforms and devices.
  • Be involved in website maintenance and enhancement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and the tech team to launch new features or digital campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the product or project management environment or equivalent.
  • Ability to understand market trends, partners, and competitive strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge in web development, site analytics, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of product management, marketing, and technical experience with consumer internet products, applications, and services would be an advantage.
  • Data publishing—concurrent unique users, pageviews/sessions, engagement time.
  • A/B testing in detail—e.g., headline testing, storytelling styles.
  • Social ecosystem—referrals, social listening.
