Requirements
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users on workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot issues related to printers, servers, NAS, routers, and switches
- Manage and administer the Office 365 company account, including support, installation, and managing the Outlook account for users, and performing monthly housekeeping to ensure the account is fully utilized.
- Plan, configure, and maintain networking equipment, including experience with configuring switches and AP.
- Manage and configure Spiceworks Helpdesk and Inventory Monitoring system, including automation of ticketing and user portal, monitoring tickets and inventory, generating reports, troubleshooting, and providing user support.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT / other relevance principle
- Good written and verbal for Malay and English language
- Experience in managing Windows 10
- Experience in network switching
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
