Job Specification:
- Knowledge or experience in palm oil supply chain & sustainability certifications
- Knowledge in RSPO, MSPO, ISCC and other Sustainability Certification Schemes
- Able to perform in individual & team environment
- Ability to travel and work outstation (at least 50% of work time)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially excel
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Meticulous, ability to plan and coordinate work systematically
- Valid international passport for travel is a requirement
- At least 4 years’ work experience
Job Description:
- Required to work closely with:
- Sustainable certification teams in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and other countries
- Plantations teams in all Wilmar upstream operations
- Industrial teams in all Wilmar downstream operations
- Main responsibilities:
- Collaboration with other members of supply chain team to maintain the supply chain management system within the group operation
- Primary role is to assist/ lead in certification for various supply chain certifications for sustainability and traceability purposes
- Manage and monitor the monthly production reports for the certified facilities
- Support the compliance and implementation of ‘Wilmar No Deforestation, No Peat and No Exploitation’ Policy
- Additional responsibilities
- Assist to maintain supply chain best practices and compliance measures are met
- Review supply chain procedures and reporting (mass balance recording)
- Collect and process data through reports and assessments
- Conduct internal audits, assist in external audits
- Provide assistance and training to personnel at certified operational sites
- Capacity to build relationship internally and interface with sites for tasks effectiveness
