  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Lead and manage the NPI section to achieve departmental objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive a culture of excellence and innovation, ensuring that all NPI activities align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Operational Compliance:
    Ensure that NPI team operations comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal compliance protocols. Maintain rigorous standards to uphold product quality and safety.
  • Resource Planning & Coordination:
    Strategically plan, coordinate, and allocate resources for projects and orders. Balance team workloads and ensure efficient use of resources to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
  • Project Monitoring & Management:
    Oversee the progress of NPI projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and according to customer specifications. Implement effective project tracking and management tools to monitor key milestones.
  • Documentation & Data Integrity:
    Ensure the availability and reliability of all project-related documentation, including technical documents, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support efficient project execution and compliance.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    Act as the primary liaison for all NPI-related matters, fostering effective communication between the NPI team and other functional units. Present NPI plans, updates, and project outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Process Optimization & Cost Reduction:
    Lead cost reduction initiatives through engineering improvement activities such as Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen events. Drive process optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and challenges associated with NPI projects and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies. Minimize disruptions to product launches and ensure project success.
  • Administrative Oversight:
    Perform key administrative functions, including reviewing and approving Engineering Change Notices (EDCN), Initial Component Review Forms (ICRF), First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA), 8D reports, and jig/fixture designs. Approve project expenditures and enforce company policies and procedures.
