Supplier Quality Specialist

Embark on a pivotal role in deploying and executing Supplier Quality Management. As the mastermind behind the excellent drive of quality, you'll play a key part in the ensuring the quality of supplies delivered. Join us in collaborating with various teams and promoting a culture of quality assurance/control throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier quality performance at the plant level and generate reports on findings.
• Implement Supplier Qualification (SQM) and Supplier Performance Management (SPM) processes for both internal and external suppliers at the plant.
• PCBA/PCB/Semiconductor knowledge is essential.
• Ensure PPEP compliance for all supplies delivered to the plant.
• Use the 8D methodology to tackle and resolve technical part quality issues through containment, corrective, and preventive measures.
• Oversee part qualification via the Part Product Evaluation Plan (PPEP) within the Product Evolution Process (e.g., ROHS) and participate in process optimization.
• Optimize and manage the incoming inspection policy.
• Actively engage in the Supplier Approval Module (SAM) process and track supplier status to enhance the supplier panel.
• Evaluate supplier actions for effectiveness and escalate issues to the Supplier Quality & Development team when necessary.

Key Requirements

• Proficient in manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities.
• Higher education in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Professional expertise in supply quality assurance.
• Knowledge of PPEP.
• Good knowledge of PCB / PCBA manufacturing processes is a must.
