Senior Interior Designer

Job Description:

• Improve customer’s experience and stimulate sales of cabinetry/ fixtures designs.
• Provide courteous and interactive support to customers by offering cabinet designs according to their requirements.
• Assist customers and complete design, sale remodeling projects to fulfil needs.
• Collaborate with sales support personnel to offer exceptional customer service.
• Provide cabinetry design & creative solutions assistance to guest needs at store.
• Interact and presentation to customers to know about their needs, requirements and budgetary limits.
• Performs other related or ad-hoc duties as assigned by management team, or superior or requested by customer.
• To Designing 3D and preparing detailed drawings for residence or commercial building.
• Well time management when dealing with dateline

Job Responsibility:

• Researching, sourcing furniture, lighting that are cohesive to design aesthetic of the project
• Participating in various design and Work closely with principal to assist with all aspects of a project from beginning to completion
• Manage projects workflow for the project that you involved
• Schedule and track all the drawings data
• Weekly report to the Senior or Team Leader when required
• Prepare and attend meetings, site visits when required
• Floor, space and furniture planning for client whole house
• Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
• Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design
• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Pitch creative ideas
• Collaborate with team members in certain project to completion

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree graduated and related experienced in interior design/architecture field.
• 3 years minimum in Interior Design industry experience
• Working experienced in cabinetry/renovation/interior design firm will be advantage.
• Intermediate or advance skills in using sketch-up, Auto CAD drawing, rendering software, ENSCAPE and Knowledge in COOHOM
