Objectives of this role
- Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new market in financial services (Industrial Hire Purchase & Leasing)
- Visit potential customers or merchants to identify their needs and introduce an appropriate financial solution.
- Maintain existing customers / merchants relationship.
- To Achieve individual monthly KPI and targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with credit processing team to ensure completeness of documents required and make processing smoothly.
- Gather market information and feedback to the Company.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Preferably candidate with financial related background.
- At least 3 year(s) related experience.
- Possess own transport.
- Working experience within hire purchase/leasing industry or other related financial products will be added advantage.
- Have experience in Medical/ CNC equipment will be added advantage.
- Mandarin speaker will be added advantage as the role requires dealing with some Mandarin speaking persons.
- Required Skill(s): MS (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Need have driving license and own transportation.
