They are looking for a Key Account Manager to be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the general trade channel. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG industry(non-food), a proven track record in sales management, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals within the general trade channel.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the general trade channel
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective brand strategies and promotional activities that drive consumer demand.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, track competitor activities, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients.
  • Address sales challenges and obstacles proactively, implementing effective solutions to drive sales growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry(non-food), preferably with a focus on the general trade channel.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of sales management tools and CRM systems.
