Lead, E-Commerce (Based in Puchong)

The person will lead and ensure the growth of the e-commerce business for our products. This role is pivotal in developing and executing e-commerce strategies, ensuring a robust online presence, and driving the overall performance of the e-commerce platforms. Reporting to the CEO/ COO, he or she will collaborate with various departments and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Business Development:

• Oversee and ensure the sales and performance of the e-commerce platforms, including the brand website and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok Shop).
• Develop and maintain e-commerce marketing plans and promotions to drive growth.
• Create and execute campaigns incorporating e-commerce principles to enhance brand and consumer experience.
• Build and manage the entire e-commerce business funnel, addressing gaps in order processing, client inquiries, and fulfilment by partnering with relevant departments.
• Monitor competitors and trends to keep the brand highly competitive.

Digital Marketing

• Manage all website content and develop content strategies to meet business objectives.
• Define and allocate budgets and resources to optimize paid media channels, ensuring robust lead acquisition and conversion.
• Perform daily optimization of campaigns, budget allocation, bid management, and ad creative to maximize ad spending.
• Plan, build, and execute email acquisition and blast campaigns to engage customers.
• Enhance customer experience by reviewing and resolving feedback and issues

• Regular team-building activities among the department and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Any ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
