The Job:
- Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing campaigns to enhance the company's brand and message.
- Support local offices in managing and executing localised marketing campaigns effectively.
- Manage global internal events and special corporate projects, utilising advanced event technology and marketing automation tools.
- Maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels, including social media, press releases, and corporate materials.
- Produce high-quality corporate and marketing materials, such as eDM, corporate identities, corporate gifts, brochures, presentations, and videos.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to refine and optimise marketing strategies continually.
- Ensure cohesive and aligned internal communications across global offices to maintain consistent messaging with external communications.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and department heads to align marketing and communication efforts with the company's overall objectives.
The Person:
- Strategic mindset with keen attention to detail and the capability to analyse various situations and develop proactive marketing strategies
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior management, stakeholders, and local offices.
- 3 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in B2B marketing and event management is advantageous.
- Strong creativity with a solid understanding of B2B dynamics. Exceptional project and event management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Must be prepared to travel and be seconded to other offices out of Malaysia on a frequent basis.
