Responsibility / Duty
1) To record the total output and total rejected goods every day.
2) To check the quality check from every day.
3) To monitor on line production flow, quality control and quantity produced.
4) To monitor the staff is working with good team work and efficiently to achieve the company goal and objectives.
5) To train the operators on line.
6) To request for material according to the daily planning schedule for each product.
7) To ensure the cleanliness of the working area.
8) To set and adjust machine parameter and submit for quality confirmation during start-up.
9) To do double shooting when there is in-process complaints or other abnormalities.
10) To check and report to section head when there is machine or supporting jigs failure.
11) Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the superior or management.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
2) Perform on line quality inspection check, decide standard of quality in all productions.
3) Basic training of cutting/printing/lamination/slitting/blowing sheeting machine operating on added advantage.
4) 2 years in quality control or equivalent knowledge.
