- Strategise, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational at the Group level to support business and organisational growth
- Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow
- Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
- Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding
- Prepare attendance, leave, and disciplinary records
- Prepare HR, attendance, and leave records
- Overseeing all the relevant license and law required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent
- Professional working fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- 5 years of HR experience and minimum 2 years at managerial level
- Experience in Microsoft office,
- Ability to connect and understand people at all position levels
- Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relation.
- Corporate social responsibility are able to Plan and execute company CSR program
