Responsibilities

  • Assist Key Account Manager for daily job role.
  • Develop and Establishes market with key clients and projects, negotiates and closes deals. (E.g. FMCG Channel).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Managing client/account along with reporting manager including order booking, PO generation etc.
  • Execute sales plans for client/account according to plan, monitor and report on post execution to ensure objectives are met.
  • Sell in assigned promotions and prescribe customized promotional activities.
  • Maximize merchandising and shelf presence, securing secondary display as required and ensures planograms are adhered with the right stock weight.
  • Listing of new products / services to customers to drive sales expansion.
  • Maintain and retain long‐term client relationships with established customer.
  • Responsible to ensure that client interaction with Company is conducted in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Support all merchandising efforts by identification of display location, liaison with Branding and Marketing, and help with blocks display or merchandising efforts.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Operation and Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
  • Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
  • Ensure all contact information is accurate and maintained update

Qualification

  • Junior: Min. 1 years’ and above experience in managing key accounts or relevant.
  • Senior: Min. 2 years’ and above experience in managing key accounts or relevant.
  • Minimum Diploma in business, sales, or related field.
  • Experience managing and developing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
