Job Description
1. Responsible for daily personnel management (attendance rate, leave arrangement, job rotation, etc.)
2. Responsible for on-site safety production management, as well as on-site 5S maintenance and optimization improvement
3. Responsible for the account value management of valuable items and materials on the production line
4. Responsible for following up on production capacity and yield to achieve results
5. Responsible for personnel skill training and improvement
6. Responsible for improving the quality of personnel's work
7. Responsible for work order closure management
8. Production consumables management
Other Requirements
1. Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
2. Priority given to work experience in production management in the manufacturing industry, proficient in spoken language, with strong oral expression skills;
3. Those with NPM SMT machine operation skills and management experience are preferred;
4. Priority given to those with experience in large companies or multinational corporations;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure.
6. It is necessary to comply with the company's work regulations and can be transferred day and night shifts
