Job Description

1. Responsible for analyzing and repairing defective products on the production line

2. Count the causes of defects, analyze the reasons, and create a report

3. Responsible for analyzing the NPI stage defects of new products and cooperating with RD for maintenance

4. Responsible for creating maintenance SOPs and establishing maintenance technical manuals

5. Responsible for ESD measurement in the maintenance area

6. Responsible for setting up online and offline maintenance areas

7. Equipment consumables production and safety stock establishment management

Other Requirements

1. Priority given to work experience in PCBA maintenance and management in OEM electronic factories, proficient in spoken language, and strong oral expression ability;

2. Able to use soldering iron, hot air gun, oscilloscope, multi meter and other maintenance measuring instruments;

3. Able to operate instruments such as X-ray and BGA baking machines;

4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure.

5. It is necessary to comply with the company's work regulations and can be transferred day and night shifts

6. Proficient in using computers or software
