Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle and ready for daily use for all Director and Company vehicle.
- Agile in planning to adapt routes based on traffic condition or schedule changes to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Prioritizing safety always by adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance closely and report any issues promptly.
- Keep an accurate record of mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance activities.
- Respect and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of Directors, Company affairs and all passengers.
- Must be PUNCTUAL in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.
- Assist in Director’s personal/household affairs with the maids and Personal Assistant along with Company’s matter which include delivery and collection of documents and items when necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
