Finance Executive (Welcoming Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files with precision.
• Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Verify financial and accounting documents and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Support senior accountants and management in budgeting and financial management.
• Ensure proper classification, recording, and retention of financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or significant coursework in bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with accounting software and strong Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
