About Us:
A custom sublimation jersey printing company, offering high-quality, durable, and fully customizable jerseys for teams and individual athletes. We are passionate about sportswear and providing top-tier products that allow our clients to perform at their best. We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help expand our client base in the sports apparel market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing orders for custom sublimation jerseys.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including sports teams, schools, clubs, and retailers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Present our range of customizable products and educate clients on the benefits of sublimation printing.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Track sales metrics and report progress on meeting revenue and sales goals.
• Manage sales inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely manner using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, ideally in the sportswear or apparel industry.
• Understanding of sublimation printing and custom apparel production processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of team sportswear trends is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

• Bandar Baru Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
• Degree holder
• intelligence

Experience:

• Negotiator: 1 year (Required)

• english (Proficient)
