ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
System Administration:
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems, including servers, storage, and databases.
- Ensure system performance, availability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection strategies.
Network Management:
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and cloud networks.
- Ensure network security through the implementation of firewall, IDS/IPS, SWG policies, and other security measures.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network resources.
Compliance:
- Enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard against cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISAE, and ISO.
- Conduct regular system and security audits, reviews, and vulnerability assessments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Based in Klang Valley, on-site, but willing to travel within Malaysia.
- Relevant certifications are a plus. (I.e., Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CCNA, ITIL)
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, network design, and security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
