FA LAB ENGINEER

Job responsibilities：( Please address as detailed as possible) 1. Conduct PCBA FA and component level physical failure analysis (PFA). Document a best in class FA report for global customers. 2. Carry out failure analysis from PCBA manufacturing fallouts, field returns and reliability failures. 3. Must be (SME) subject matter expert and owner of FALAB facilities (C-SAM, IC decap, SEM/EDX, 2.5D/3D X-ray, micro cross section, dye and pull, I-V Curve tracer, Oscilloscope, bus analyzer, network analyzer) 4. Collaborate with cross functional team on root cause investigation and corrective action (CA). 5. Carry out engineering reliability test (Thermal cycling, high humidity, vibration, thermal shock, Salt spray, Drop test, push test, solderability test) 6. Develop FA procedures and new analysis technique to deliver an excellent services to global customers including internal customers. 7. Align with management team on BSC and long term strategy plans. 8. Train and supervise LAB operators and technicians. Requirement: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBA FA and silicon level physical failure analysis (PFA). 2. Hands-on experience in handling LAB facilities ( CSAM, micro cross section, 2.5D/3D CT X-ray, IC decap, I-V curve , oscilloscope, logic analyzer, bus analyzer SEM/EDX Scanning Electron Microscopy, FTIR, dye and pull) 3. Strong in PCBA FA, circuit analysis and component level FA. Know why knowledge of semiconductor and PCBA processes. 4. Strong in problem-solving and technical presentation. 5. Committed, team player, proactive and always strive for excellence. 6. Master’s Degree or Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent field.
