Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment letter, confirmation, promotion/increment ,counseling warning, memo, policy and etc
- Maintain proper filing system and ensure all employee data is accurate and up to date. Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure all records of employees’ attendance and leave application are correctly
- Responsible for the job advertisement of recruitment through online job posting. Schedules interview appointments and conducts interviews if required
- Handle employee relation, grievances and staff disciplinary issues, including disciplinary actions, staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by follow employment laws.
- Work closely with departments and assisting to implement policies and procedures
- Provide functional guidance, advice, information, and to support the Management on HR related policies, procedures and practices.
- To handle all office related administration matters

- To hand new setup office
- To diligently carry out all duties of HR and admin matters as assigned by the Management from time-to-time

Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Must have experience in gaming industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resource.
- Have worked in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision.
- Must be good in Excel/Words/PowerPoint.
- Language Proficiency: English, B.Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Good in selling and identifying talent.
- Good networking skills.
- Resilience.
- Creative and detailed in communication and process.
