  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a team player.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English, those who are able to speak in Mandarin with be an added advantage for communicating.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Proactively seek for solutions until issues are resolved.
  • Must be able to work overtime on eCommerce festive seasons such as 9.9, 11.11 & 12.12.
  • Team Player, able to work in a team.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator will be an added advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Managing E-Commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee , Social Media & etc )
  • Liaise with platform on the upcoming deals/promotions.
  • Marketing planning & achieve sales targets.
  • Upload new product in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Control and Sync between platforms.
  • Manage customer’s enquiry & customer service.
  • Keep product listing, store banner attractive at all times.
  • Light graphics design and video editing task, can learn in work.
  • Help in packing, stock management & stock count when needed.
