Responsibilities

  • Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, Xiaohongshu,TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
  • Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Manage company's social media accounts
  • Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness
  • Follow and respect the work SOPs that have been practiced in the company throughout the work

Requirements

  • Required Language: English and Mandarin (to handle mandarin advertising content for mandarin-speaking audiences).
  • Must have at least 1 year of working experience in marketing or related field handling Social Media ads.
  • Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
  • Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe
  • Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Xiaohongshu,TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Having good copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
