Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new leads to expand the client base.
  • Deliver professional services to both current and prospective clients through consultative selling, including cross-selling and up-selling of the company’s products and services.
  • Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by keeping them informed about new products and innovative solutions, while providing ongoing pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge to engage effectively in discussions with clients across various industries, co-creating feasible solutions to address their engineering challenges throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and customize presentation materials that highlight key product features and technical solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage accounts throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, business development, deal confirmation, and post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in technical or engineering sales, preferably within refineries, petrochemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, or related industries.
  • Previous experience with companies such as Petronas is preferred.
  • Must possess own vehicle for business travel.
