Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is required.
• Possess driving license, able to drive.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am-12.00pm; 2:00pm-6.00pm)

Job Description:

• Responsible for cost estimation, budget preparation and control, ensuring the project is completed within budget.
• Prepare bills of quantities, draft and review of tender documents.
• Review progress payments and final settlements during construction period, ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Conduct cost analysis and control, providing cost optimization recommendations.
• Assist project manager with contract negotiations, management, and dispute resolution.

• 会中文，英文和马来文。
• 应聘者需至少拥有学士学位。
• 需有3-5年在建筑业相关经验。
• 拥有驾照，能开车。
• 工作时间：周一至周六 (8.30am-12.00pm; 2:00pm-6.00pm)。

工作内容：

• 负责项目的成本估算、预算编制和控制，确保项目在预算内完成。
• 编制工程量清单，进行招标文件的编写和审核。
• 审核施工过程中的进度款和结算款，确保支付符合合同规定。
• 进行成本分析和控制，提供成本优化建议。
• 协助项目经理进行合同谈判、管理和争议解决。
