Senior/ Field Sales Engineer (Electrical connector)

As a professional team member, you'll focus on promoting our electrical connectors through customer visits, calls, and emails. Your role involves evaluating customer needs, presenting solutions, and securing orders, which will guide your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Development: Expand our regional client base, emphasizing Power, Transmission & Distribution (PTD) and General Industry applications.
• Geographical Coverage: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia.
• Customer Engagement: Understand customer applications during visits or calls and introduce suitable solutions.
• Client Maintenance: Manage and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Project Tracking: Closely monitor ongoing projects.
• Documentation: Record your activities in our CRM system.
• Marketing Support: Assist in marketing initiatives, including exhibitions and social media.
• Market Insight: Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor information.
• Reporting: Report to the Local Division Director.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics).
• Experience: At least 3 years in sales; hands-on experience in the PTD sector is a plus.
• Curiosity: A desire to understand customer applications and develop innovative solutions.
• Teamwork: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Driving: Possession of a driving license; having your vehicle is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous
