Job Responsibilities

  • Organising and managing incoming documents & emails.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • To prepare documentations for meetings and presentations and record minutes.
  • Monitor, record and maintain custody of security documents.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including procurement and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Group IT on troubleshooting and other related matters.
  • To take charge of organising, coordinating and supervising the daily tasks of despatch clerks and tea lady.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management and superior to support the overall administration.

Job Requirements

  • With minimum 1 year working experience
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detailed oriented

  • Working Location: Menara HLX, Kuala Lumpur
  • Working Hours: Mon to Friday, 9am and 6pm and Alternate Saturday (9am - 6pm)
