Job Responsibilities
- Organising and managing incoming documents & emails.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- To prepare documentations for meetings and presentations and record minutes.
- Monitor, record and maintain custody of security documents.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including procurement and maintenance.
- Coordinate with Group IT on troubleshooting and other related matters.
- To take charge of organising, coordinating and supervising the daily tasks of despatch clerks and tea lady.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management and superior to support the overall administration.
Job Requirements
- With minimum 1 year working experience
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detailed oriented

- Working Location: Menara HLX, Kuala Lumpur
- Working Hours: Mon to Friday, 9am and 6pm and Alternate Saturday (9am - 6pm)
