  • Outbound Marketing: Lead targeted outreach efforts, utilizing CRM systems, email campaigns, and personalized outreach to generate new leads. You’ll implement automated marketing workflows that drive both lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Social Media Management & SEO: Boost brand visibility through effective social media engagement and search engine optimization strategies.
  • Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and manage a small team of talented marketing professionals.
  • Agency & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, outbound marketing, SEO, and team management. You’ll have a passion for growth, a strategic mindset, and the skills to drive results across multiple channels.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7 years of proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing.
  • Agency experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
