- To lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support and training to enhance team effectiveness
- Closely monitor sales performance against sales target and KPI, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring that sales targets and other KPIs are met
- Responsible for channel & customer expansion
- Process daily sales orders and work with internal sales processing team to ensure payments flow and delivery of orders are managed smoothly with each customer
- Manage and respond to customers enquiries received via phone, email, messaging and face to face visitation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Have flair for sales and drive for sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm
