Management Support Executive

Job scope / responsibilities -To coordinate site maintenance, admin, purchasing and liaise with other departments on all site matters. -To solve and report to superior on any incident happen at any time with immediate action. -To proper coordinate with other departments to get things done. -Assist superior to check and verify documents before obtaining approval. -Assist superior to prepare Retail P&L, business plan, budget, risk assessment register etc.; -Assist superior to monitor site expenses against budget. -Assist in general administration works such as maintain an organized custodian and proper documentation. -Assist in prepare and compile document for internal and external audit. -Dealing with Government Departments and Local Authorities on the license application and renewal, etc. -Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memo, minutes, form, etc. -Prepare in ISO documentation and Risk management. -Verify contractor claims. -Act as action team on any company function or activity. -Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time. Job requirements Require Diploma/ Degree and above qualification Possess strong negotiation and sourcing skills. Computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Ability to speak major Mandarin dialects is an added advantage. Team player with good problem-solving ability. Working Hours :- Monday to Sunday (8am - 5pm or 9.15am - 6.15pm), Min. 6 days Rest Day per month.
