Responsibilities: • Demonstrated ability to assist the team on purchasing and timely delivery of products and services in line with the requirements of the department. • Ability to assist on the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Ability to assist and execute of strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational objectives, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and quality assurance. • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within cross functional team. • Experience in an identify, evaluate and maintain the robust relationships with vendors. • Demonstrated ability to assist the accurate and timely processing of purchase orders to the vendors. • Knowledge of compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement. • Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Ability to collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of procurement activities with overall company goals. • Ability to undertakes any other assignment/s as and when required by the superior.
