  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing various agreements and other legal documentations across all the company’s business areas to safeguard the company’s legal interest.
  • Provide legal advice and suggestions to support business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standardized contract templates, ensuring they remain up-to-date and legally sound.
  • Assist in managing litigation and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with external counsels, regulators and government authorities as necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s practice align with the current legal requirements.
  • Regularly brief the internal stakeholders on significant legal and regulatory developments which may affect the business.
  • Conduct training for all employees in relation to internal Legal SOP and law and regulations requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in law or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in in-house or private practice.
  • Work experience in Logistic or transportation industry is an added advantage.
  • Experience in corporate commercial or contract works.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure.
