Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly (by Name if whenever possible) upon arrival and assist them in making meal choices. • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. • Serve food to customers promptly and efficiently, following company presentation standards. • Monitor service line and attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience, offering additional services as necessary. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server and dining area, including clearing and resetting tables and restocking supplies. • Ensure that the dining area is visually appealing and meets company cleanliness standards at all times. • Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events or functions catering. • Monitor and replenish service station supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments and beverages. • Report any shortages or stock issues to the manager to ensure smooth operations. • Work closely with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure efficient and coordinated service. • Assist in other operational areas as needed, including helping in the kitchen during peak hours or handling special tasks assigned by the manager. Qualifications: • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays, equipment or supplies. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. • Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
