We are seeking a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor who will be located in Cheras. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating and managing the cost of construction projects, ensuring that the project is completed within the budget. They will be responsible for managing the cost of labor, materials, and equipment, and ensuring that the project meets all quality and compliance standards.
The Quantity Surveyor will also be responsible for preparing cost plans and bills of quantities, and for conducting feasibility studies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction costs and budgeting
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with construction codes and regulations
Experience with project management software
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
