We are looking for a competent Recruitment Executive to support the Recruitment Department. The person will be the one to work with internal & candidate and ensure quality candidate is sourced and placed for job as per the requirement from client. Recruitment Executive must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned duties are carried on timely and efficiently. The person will also be responsible in dealing with part time or contract candidate, marketing personnel, operation team, and finance personnel. Responsibilities 1. Source candidates as per required by the clients using authorized portals. 2. Write and post job descriptions follow the requirements to any other relevant channels 3. Handle candidates with professionalism and courtesy. 4. Maintain records of all candidates, especially candidates' details 5. Willing to work with minimum supervision and a team player. 6. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible 7. Participate in project training and meeting and meetups to network with candidate & internal personnel 8. Keep up-to-date with new market trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs
