Job Role:
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships (heavy equipment and vehicle sector), and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate the sales team, manage complex sales processes, and work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leads and manages the Commercial Vehicle Lubricant (CVL) Team.
- Create, plan and execute strategy to achieve sales, volume and profit targets including business growth and defense.
- Handle key accounts' directly with support from sales representative.
- Coach, train and mentor the team.
- Incentive scheme management and execution.
- Provide market intelligence and information to the management.
- Cover area: base in HQ JB, covering states of Melaka, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan.
Requirements:
· Min degree in engineering majors or higher (Prefer Mechanical in any related course)
· Can work independently and responsible, pleasant and customer experience focused.
· At least 5-8 years of working experiences in sales/marketing, preferably in the automotive or lubricant industry.
· Possess own transport and must be willing to travel extensively. (Cover area: base in HQ JB, travel and covering states of Melaka, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Sales Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
