The Assistant Manager reports to the Dean in handling the detailed recording, archiving and report of student records of the faculty. The students’ records are supported by a complex computer-based student information system, Knowledge Learning Management System (KLAS) which is monitored and overseen by the centralized Computer Centre. The student records encompass such areas as: student registration; course and classroom timetable; recording and archiving student personal particulars and demographic, grade, transcript and degree information. The Assistant Manager’s role is that of performing and leading the detailed tasks of acquiring, maintaining and reporting of these student information. The Assistant Manager must possess a good interpersonal skill due to their substantial relationship with students, faculty/school/centre, administrators and staff.
