Intern Finance

As an intern in the Finance department, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to various Finance initiatives. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Job Description:

• Maintain filing system and perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
• Invoicing and sales documentation & payment voucher
• Reconciliation AR & AP
• Assist in creating agreements for potential clients.
• Handle invoice, delivery orders and purchase orders
• Perform, administrative clerical duties
• Carry out any other responsibilities and when assigned by management
• Responsible for the data entries in the system
• Pantry purchase
• Submit expenses

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
