Job Summary: The HR Administrator will provide administrative support for the HR department, including handling employment records, assisting with the recruitment process, and maintaining HR documents. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. -Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related queries. Assist with the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. -Training and Development: Support the planning and execution of necessary training and development programs for employees. -Reporting and Administration: Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides. Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR activities (staff turnover, recruitment outcomes, etc.). -Performance Management Support: Assist in the management of the performance review process, including collecting and organizing evaluation forms. Skills and Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role. -Familiarity with HR software and strong knowledge of labor legislation. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle data with confidentiality. -Good decision-making and problem-solving skills. -Work Conditions: Office setting, with standard office hours but may require overtime during peak periods. -May involve handling sensitive or confidential information.
