Job Overview As a Watersport Activity Crew Member, you will facilitate a variety of watersport activities for guests, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. This role requires a passion for water sports, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Activity Coordination: Organize and lead watersport activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, jet skiing, and windsurfing. 2. Safety Management: Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Monitor participants to ensure safety protocols are followed. 3. Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain watersport equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition. Report any issues to the supervisor. 4. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to guests, answering questions, providing instruction, and assisting with equipment rentals. 5. Instruction: Teach guests the basics of watersports, ensuring they understand how to use equipment safely and effectively. 6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operation of activities and promote a positive team environment. 7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equipment rentals, guest participation, and any incidents or accidents. 8.
