REQUIREMENTS & QUALITIES • Well-versed in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw. • Understands fundamental design principles and practices, i.e. hierarchy, layout, colour, and typography. • Strong sense of urgency, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Takes deadlines seriously regardless of project size. • A team player. • Solid communication skills, active listener, multitasker, and efficient time management skills. • Required soft skills and attributes such as detailed oriented, independent, self-motivated, proactive to follow up and follow through, growth mindset that practices ownership and accountability. • Photography, motion graphics, and videography skills are an added advantage. • Well-versed in Adobe After Effect, and Adobe Premiere are an added advantage. • Experiences in advertising and printing industry is an advantage.
