Lead and Mentor: Guide and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment focused on client success. 2. Client-Centric Collaboration: Partner closely with clients and account teams to understand their unique marketing goals and develop comprehensive visual strategies that drive results. 3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, product, and other teams to develop visually stunning graphics that align with overall business objectives and brand messaging. 4. Conceptualize and Execute: Translate complex marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences across various channels. 5. Versatile Design: Create visually stunning graphics for a diverse range of marketing deliverables, including campaigns, presentations, websites, social media assets, and more. 6. Trendsetter: Stay at the forefront of design trends and technology, ensuring our clients' visuals remain fresh, engaging, and ahead of the competition. 7. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all design deliverables, ensuring consistency, brand adherence, and client satisfaction. 8. Data-Driven Design: Utilize data and insights to inform design decisions, optimizing visual communication for maximum impact. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or client-service environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your leadership and innovative design solutions for diverse clients and industries. 2. Expert in Adobe Suite: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). 3. Strong Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a team of designers, fostering a positive and productive work environment focused on client success. 4. Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building strong client relationships and articulating design concepts clearly and persuasively. 5. Trendy and Innovative: A passion for staying current with design trends and a knack for creating unique visuals that align with client brand identities and resonate with target audiences. 6. Organized and Efficient: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment. BONUS POINTS: 1.
