Communication and Collaboration: -Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless account management processes. -Communicate account updates, changes, and important information to relevant stakeholders. 7. Process Improvement: -Identify opportunities to streamline account management processes and improve efficiency. -Make recommendations for system enhancements or workflow optimizations. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field (preferred). -Proven experience in account administration, customer service, or a related role. -Proficiency in using account management software and CRM systems. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. -Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. -Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. -Understanding of basic accounting principles and billing procedures.
