To ensure shovel & forklift Preventive Maintenance is implemented To assist all production Machinery and Fermentation crane breakdown reduce at 97% efficiency To laise with the end user Plan & Organise Routine Maintenance Check To reduce maintenance costing by carry out preventive maintenance. To ensure maintenance work place clean with proper 5s concept and machinery safety with zero accident . To ensure Forklift & Shovel are properly maintain by carry out periodic preventive maintenance plan. To record and submit Preventive Maintenance record for management review. To carry out project as assigned by the management or Superior from time to time. To teach & train all maintenance team under his charge to enhance their technical knowledge. To report all incident occurance and prevent from re-occurance To handle Oil & grease management properly To handle iron scrap & damage parts management properly To implement 5S & TPM concept & application on work place To ensure all working tools are properly maintain and in good conditions
