SUMMARY
You will be responsible for monitor and arranging of logistic matter, handling customer complaint and maintain good relationship with our customers & coworkers.
RESPONSIBILITY
You will play an important role in:
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Attend Customer enquiry & order through phone calls, prepare & Generate Sales Order (cash) and Delivery Order (DO).
- Monitor & Arranging of shipment matters to ensure the on-time delivery.
- Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet Company goals
- Maintain departmental database.
REQUIREMENT
